The main difference between CNC machining services and conventional machining lies in the way the manufacturing process and operations are carried out.

In conventional machining, the operator controls the machine manually, using hand tools or manual machines. The operator must make precise adjustments and measurements in real time, making it time-consuming and less accurate compared to CNC machining.

By comparison,  CNC machining involves the use of computer-controlled machines that follow programmed instructions. The operator inputs the design specifications into a computer, which controls the machine's operations. CNC machines can consistently perform complex tasks with high precision. CNC turning involves rotating a workpiece while a stationary cutting tool shapes it. This process is ideal for creating cylindrical or round parts with symmetrical features, such as shafts, rods, or pipes. Turning is highly efficient for producing parts with tight tolerances and smooth finishes.

By comparison, CNC milling involves the material being held in one place while the tool rotates to remove materials.  Unlike turning, milling can create complex shapes, contours, and features on various surfaces. Milling machines are versatile and can handle both small and large workpieces, enabling the production of intricate components.
